The clip shows a girl asking passersby for help, saying that a man had cut in front of her car and that he was not in a good mood, kicking her car over.
It is worth mentioning that when the girl continued to speak, the man rushed in and beat her. Afterwards, a woman and a man came to stop them.
Through verification, the incident occurred on the evening of January 13 on Phan Huy Ich Street, Ward 12, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, Go Vap District Police are verifying and handling the case.
