Deputy Prime Minister's assessment after the survey
However, he noted that the choice of annual venue should be carefully considered. Thiskyhall could be chosen as a branded venue to develop the forum for many years to come, similar to the model currently applied in Singapore.
The Deputy Prime Minister said that a final inspection would be carried out on the afternoon of November 24. However, he pointed out a number of requirements that needed to be adjusted immediately.
At Gem Center, suitable walkways need to be arranged for 500 delegates to move conveniently; the entrance lobby area must be wide enough and the elevator needs to lead directly to the forum service floor.
Art programs must be carefully invested in, with the identity of Ho Chi Minh City and the Vietnamese people; the most outstanding performances need to be selected to open the show, creating a good impression on international friends.
At Thiskyhall, the Deputy Prime Minister requested to avoid congestion in the elevators. He emphasized that the booths should focus on landscapes, especially the first booth, which should incorporate science and technology (AI, robots) to greet and make a first impression.
The Autumn Economic Forum 2025 with the theme "Green transformation in the digital age" will take place from November 25 to 27 in Ho Chi Minh City. The forum focuses on discussing global and Vietnamese trends in applying science and technology in dual transformation (green, digital) towards a smart economy.
