Evaluating this match, coach Hajime Moriyasu said: "The players carried out the right strategy in attack and defense. In this match, I divided the team into two formations, each team played 45 minutes. The whole team tried to complete the task and was highly determined in this match.
I was pleased that my players were not afraid to clash in the dispute. However, the goal came from a counter-attack after the dispute. Not to mention that the opponent put us in a dangerous position many times when counter-attacking. This is something the whole team needs to improve on soon.
If the Japanese team defends carelessly like this and gives the opponent a chance to counterattack, we will take a big risk. We will have to come up with a plan to prevent that from happening."
