Speaking after the 4-0 victory over U.17 Macau on the evening of November 28, head coach Cristiano Roland of U.17 Vietnam said: "As planned before the match, the players performed well and completed the goal. I am very happy about that. 23 players are always ready to play at any time. That can be done thanks to their good physical condition and tactical awareness. The players know how to move and how to cover appropriately. The team has not conceded any goals after 4 matches. I hope that will continue when U.17 Vietnam meets U.17 Malaysia in the final match."

Mr. Roland hopes that the whole team will improve their concentration and be careful when meeting U.17 Malaysia. The Brazilian coach said: "The team will need to prepare and study the opponent carefully.
