Ms. Pham Hai Yen already has a smartphone, just download the application and install it, no need to buy anything else. The staff will also guide you on how to use it directly at the counter.

"We haven't lost a single penny, it's completely free. In general, we've paid taxes on Etax Mobile, so now that we've switched to the software, we're trying to learn and do well," Ms. Yen - a business owner in Hanoi shared.

All procedures for registration, declaration and electronic tax payment are completely free. Business households do not have to pay any additional fees, nor do they need to purchase separate software. Currently, 110 solution providers have accompanied the tax sector, creating maximum convenience in the conversion process.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang - Head of Tax Department 15, Hanoi City Tax said: "We require all suppliers to provide free sales software for all businesses. There are some units that collect fees, so we require them to rebalance their policies. We will accompany only units that agree not to collect fees from businesses. Otherwise, those units will exploit it themselves."

Tax officials help businesses declare taxes transparently.
