Support 1.65 billion VND to carry out tasks when arranging and organizing the 2-level government apparatus

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoai Anh has just signed and issued Decision No. 3748/QD-UBND dated December 1, 2025 approving financial support for performing tasks when arranging and organizing the two-level government apparatus, to ensure stable and smooth operation of agencies during the transition period.

According to the decision, the total approved budget is 1.65 billion VND, allocated from other expenditure sources in the provincial budget estimate for 2025.

Content and support principles:

- Financial support as requested by the unit for the relocation of the working headquarters of the Provincial and Regional People's Procuracy.

- Partial funding support at the unit's request for the purchase of equipment and working means.

- For the contents serving the prosecution and supervision, trial of typical cases, major cases, experience-sharing sessions, settlement of civil, administrative and commercial cases, settlement of civil, administrative and commercial cases; training and fostering of cadres and civil servants, organization of professional competitions: The unit balances the central budget and provincial budget that has supported in 2025 for implementation.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to take full responsibility for the accuracy of the consulting and appraisal content; coordinate with the State Treasury of Region XI and relevant units to carry out procedures for allocating funds to the Provincial People's Procuracy.

The Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the State Treasury of Region XI have the right to refuse expenditures that do not meet the conditions under Decree 163/2016/ND-CP and are responsible before the law for their decisions.

The Provincial People's Procuracy is responsible for managing and using the budget for the right purpose and effectively; making payments according to regulations, ensuring that there is no loss or waste of the state budget.
