On the afternoon of February 20, visiting and working with Da Nang Tobacco Company Limited, Permanent Vice Chairman, in charge of the City People's Council, Tran Phuoc Son, acknowledged the company's efforts in the difficult context, still contributing greatly to the State budget revenue and creating stable jobs for workers. Regarding land allocation and legal procedures for enterprises to implement relocation, the Permanent Vice Chairman, in charge of the City People's Council, requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to issue a written proposal and submit it to the City People's Committee; the Department of Industry and Trade to advise the City People's Committee to send a document to the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the issue of importing production equipment of the enterprise; the Department of Planning and Investment to coordinate with relevant units to propose to the City People's Committee a handling plan and support policies for the remaining assets on the land of the enterprise. In addition, the enterprise also needs to have appropriate preparations because the city has currently agreed on the policy of arranging the enterprise to produce at Cam Le Industrial Cluster. Enterprises proactively plan so that when land is allocated, they can immediately start production.

Reporting at the meeting, in 2023, the company will contribute 361 billion VND to the budget (the assigned plan is 280 billion VND), the number of employees of the company is more than 130 people, the average income is 10 million VND/person/month. Regarding the relocation of the company to comply with the city's planning, the company hopes that the city will arrange a production land area of more than 2 hectares; at the same time, support the company to access loan packages with good interest rates to restore and develop production, and remove obstacles in importing production equipment.
