Hanoi deploys mobile support for land procedures for people
The beneficiaries are individuals and households in need of guidance on land records. Priority is given to the elderly, meritorious people, disadvantaged households, and those with limited access to technology.
According to the plan, in the fourth quarter of 2025, the city plans to support 10 communes and wards including: Phu Xuyen, Phuc Loc, Dai Xuyen, Dong Anh, Van Dinh, Dong Ngac, Phu Dien, Hong Ha, Chuong My, Kien Hung, then expand to the whole city in 2026.
Support methods: Organize conferences to disseminate plans for implementing mobile support for administrative procedures in the land sector in villages and residential groups in 2025 and 2026; provide guidance and legal advice to households and individuals in preparing documents, completing declaration forms according to regulations, and documents related to administrative procedures in the land sector according to regulations; support digital transformation in implementing administrative procedures in the land sector (getting a serial number on iHanoi, instructions for declaring and submitting documents online on the National Public Service Portal).
The City Public Administration Service Center is assigned as the focal agency, presiding over and coordinating with departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of communes and wards to establish a mobile support team to implement the above content.
Based on the detailed plan and actual needs of the People's Committees of communes and wards, the City Public Administration Service Center sends specific requests to relevant departments, branches, sectors and units to assign staff with appropriate expertise to participate in the mobile support team according to each plan, ensuring "right person, right job" and efficiency.
The mobile support team is responsible for developing a plan and schedule for implementing mobile support activities for each support period; organizing conferences to disseminate the plan for implementing mobile support work to carry out administrative procedures in the land sector in villages and residential groups in 2025 and 2026 for individuals and households...
Hanoi's mobile support plan is considered a practical step in modernizing the administration, increasing access to public services and bringing the government closer to the people, contributing to building a smart city and digital government serving the people.
