This is an apartment for workers, sold at a price of 10 million VND/m2, much cheaper than the price of land in the surrounding area. The price is reasonable, so now the life of Ms. Dat and her husband and 2 children is more comfortable in an apartment with an area of ​​more than 50 m2.

"I really like the surrounding environment here, the trees are cool, there is also a convenient supermarket right below, the parking area is also very convenient, right nearby, I really like it here. From here to my workplace is only about 4km, very convenient", Ms. Dat shared.

Expanding the scope of social housing ownership along with preferential loan policies of up to 80% of the apartment value within 15 years also helps many workers soon own a house.

For example, Mr. Nguyen Van Giap (Thanh Hoa) had his first apartment after many years of working away from home with only nearly 200 million VND in savings, the rest was a preferential loan from the Social Policy Bank. "Thanks to the preferential loan policy, I have less economic pressure, and can pay in installments every month to ensure the life of my wife and children," Mr. Giap shared.

Not just a place to live, social housing areas are forming civilized communities - where workers are fully cared for in both material and spiritual life.

Dong Van 4 project has 720 apartments, up to now the investor has rented out more than 300 apartments. The remaining number has also been sold to qualified buyers. And the goal from now until the end of the year is that more than 90 remaining apartments will also be sold to qualified workers.
