Miss Vo Le Que Anh: "Run to be healthy, to connect and spread positive values"

* REPORTER: It is known that Que Anh's schedule is currently quite busy with many events , especially you are accompanying the 11th season of Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Festival taking place throughout this week . What made Que Anh not hesitate to accept the invitation to attend Run To Live 2025?

MISS VO LE QUE ANH : This is the first time I have accepted an invitation to participate in a community run organized by Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper in collaboration with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Urban Development Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City, and Miracle Entertainment Group. For Que Anh, this is an honor. Despite my busy schedule, I still try to take the time to participate in the run with the hope of spreading positive energy.

Run To Live 2025 encourages people to have a healthy lifestyle, pay attention to physical exercise and connect more with the community. Therefore, I believe that participating in the race will contribute to spreading human values, contributing and helping society.

* Can Que Anh share about the preparation and physical training process for today's race?

- Because I am aware that health is the most important thing, no matter how busy I am, I still try to set aside a certain amount of time each day to exercise and increase my endurance. With the long run in today's race, I was somewhat worried. But when I felt the air getting hotter from early morning, I had more motivation and determination.

* Surely Que Anh also felt the enthusiasm from the other runners. So how do you feel when immersing yourself in the atmosphere at Run To Live 2025?

- As I said, seeing everyone around me full of energy made me more confident, as well as dispelling my anxiety. With each step, I felt the determination and pride of everyone around me when participating and completing my race. For me, it was both a joy and a motivation for me to try harder, especially in the final stages of the race when I was exhausted.

The race left me with unforgettable memories and experiences. It was also an opportunity for me to improve my health and resilience. In addition, I was also surprised by the grandeur of this year's race, attracting more than 10,000 athletes of different ages and nationalities.

* According to Que Anh, how are sports and humanistic values ​​demonstrated through today's race?

- I am very happy to have participated in Run To Live 2025. The joy is not only in being able to exercise to improve physical fitness, but also in being able to connect more with people and spread joy together. Through that, I try to exercise more and more and more to participate in community projects, contributing to society.

The value that Run To Live brings is not only meaningful to me, but also creates conditions for people to improve their health and raise awareness of health training, building a healthy lifestyle. As a young person, I understand that today, many people are busy with work and life, so there is not much time left for sports. Today's race is both an opportunity to test oneself and to fuel the fire of motivation for many people.

Along with that, I felt that the race created social cohesion, when athletes united, helped, and encouraged each other to reach the finish line. This made me very touched.

* With the special emotions gained from today's run, what are Que Anh's plans for the future?

- Above all, I still need to get back to my life and work. The only difference is that my awareness of health training has increased somewhat. Although I was tired from devoting all my energy for an hour to complete the 5km distance this morning, the joy of overcoming myself and the comfort in my body are what I will remember forever. I think I will want to find this feeling many more times as a way to relax and recharge.

Que Anh hopes that her story can spread to young people as a call to raise the spirit of loving sports. As for the Run To Live 2025 race, this will always be a memorable memory for her.

Beauty Vo Le Que Anh (born in 2001, from Quang Nam) was crowned Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 in Binh Thuan in August 2024. She graduated from the University of Languages, Hue University. With a height of 1m72 and a lovely face, Que Anh received high praise from the public for her beauty and figure. She is the representative of Vietnam at the Miss Grand International 2024 pageant.

Along with accompanying Run To Live season 2, Que Anh is also one of the beauties accompanying the 11th season of Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Festival - 2025. In this year's festival, she spreads the love of Ao Dai to the masses through Ao Dai performances with various themes by designers.
