This is an art program to celebrate the success of the first Congress of the Vietnam Classical Music Association, and to raise funds to support the people of the Central region affected by floods.
In the program “Slavic Sounds - Souls of Souls”, music lovers have the opportunity to meet Nguyen Viet Trung, a young Vietnamese artist who made a strong impression at the Chopin Competition in Warsaw – one of the most prestigious competitions in the world. Accompanying him in the program is the Ulysses Quartet, an excellent American chamber music group, famous for its precision, harmony and energetic performance.

During the program, the artists took the audience on a special emotional journey as they explored different cultures and mental worlds through the language of music. Viewers had the opportunity to enjoy many classic musical works, including a series of three works by Chopin: Waltz No. 2 in B minor, Op. 69; Waltz No. 5 in A-flat major, Op. 42; Polonaise in A-flat major, Op. 53; String Quartet in E-flat major, Op. 12 by Felix Mendelssohn; Quintet No. 2 in A major, Op. 81 by Antonín Dvořák…
Regarding this program, music critic, theorist, musician Tran Le Chien, Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Classical Music Association, said: Classical music is not only a cultural heritage, but also a bridge between generations, between tradition and modernity, between nation and people with international exchange and integration.

In addition to its professional mission, the Vietnam Classical Music Association is always aware of its social responsibility. Music is not only for enjoyment but also for sharing and accompanying the community. Therefore, the concert "Slavic Sounds - Souls' Communication" was organized not only to celebrate the success of the first Congress of the Vietnam Classical Music Association. In the face of the great pain and loss of life and property that the people of the Central and Central Highlands provinces are suffering due to natural disasters and floods, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Classical Music Association decided to spend all the money collected from ticket sales, along with donations and contributions from benefactors to support people affected by natural disasters through the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front .
