Hoa Phat - The only manufacturing enterprise in the TOP 10 largest enterprises in Vietnam

(Chinhphu.vn) - Hoa Phat Group is the second largest private enterprise in the TOP 10 largest enterprises in Vietnam and TOP 4 enterprises paying the most taxes. Notably, Hoa Phat is also the only manufacturing enterprise to be at the top of the rankings.

Hoa Phat is the only Vietnamese enterprise that can produce hot rolled coil (HRC), holding the number 1 market share in Vietnam for construction steel and steel pipes.

On November 12, Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Report) in collaboration with VietNamNet Newspaper announced the VNR500 Ranking - TOP 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam in 2025. Hoa Phat Group was honored as the 2nd largest private enterprise and TOP 10 largest enterprises in Vietnam.

The ranking of Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam (VNR500) follows the model of Fortune500, announced annually since 2007. VNR500 aims to honor enterprises that make great contributions to the development of the Vietnamese economy and promote corporate brands to the domestic and international business community.

In 2024, Hoa Phat will achieve 140,560 billion VND in revenue, up 17% over the same period; profit after tax of 12,020 billion VND, up 77% and exceeding the plan by 20%.

Hoa Phat has been honored in the rankings for 18 consecutive years.

The main criteria for ranking businesses are revenue, profit, growth rate, total assets, and total number of employees. Hoa Phat Group has been honored in the ranking for 18 consecutive years.

In 2024, Hoa Phat will achieve VND 140,560 billion in revenue, up 17% over the same period; after-tax profit of VND 12,020 billion, up 77% and exceeding the plan by 20%. The steel sector continues to play a key role, accounting for 93% of the Group's revenue and 86% of its total profit. Profit from the agricultural sector will increase 4.6 times compared to 2023. Hoa Phat will contribute more than VND 13,400 billion to the State budget, the highest ever.

In the first 9 months of 2025, the Group achieved revenue of VND 111,031 billion, up 5% and profit after tax of VND 11,626 billion, up 26% over the same period last year.

As the largest steel producer in Southeast Asia, equivalent to the TOP 30 largest steel enterprises in the world, from 2026, Hoa Phat's steel production capacity will reach 16 million tons/year.

The only Vietnamese enterprise that can produce HRC steel

Hoa Phat is the only Vietnamese enterprise that can produce hot rolled coil (HRC), holding the number 1 market share in Vietnam for construction steel and steel pipes. The Group also maintains its position and market share in the leading group for clean eggs, commercial pork, and Australian beef supplied to the market.

As the largest steel producer in Southeast Asia, equivalent to the TOP 30 largest steel enterprises in the world, from 2026, Hoa Phat's steel production capacity will reach 16 million tons/year, mainly HRC steel and high-quality steel, contributing to fully meeting the needs of domestic and foreign markets.
