Complete 6 tasks to enrich and clean land data

Implementing the campaign to enrich and clean up land data according to Plan No. 515/KHBCA-BNNMT of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, the whole province has completed and regularly performed 6 tasks.

From March 1, 2025 to present, the Provincial Police directly received 20,588 applications for criminal record certificates using VNeID application.

Specifically, 6 tasks have been completed, including: issuing a campaign implementation plan; establishing a steering committee and a working group; rearranging the land database from a 3-level government model to a 2-level local government model; connecting and sharing the land database with agencies receiving and handling administrative procedures on land and assets attached to land and determining financial obligations for people and businesses; ensuring security, safety and confidentiality of information and data of the operating system; propagating and mobilizing people to participate in providing information and documents for digitization and data cleaning.

The remaining 6 tasks are continuing to be implemented, such as: classifying data into 3 groups; synthesizing the list of land users who have been granted certificates in the land database and coordinating with Department C06 to authenticate and cross-check through the national population database; updating information of land users in the province's land database, ensuring correctness - completeness - cleanliness - liveability; creating a database for residential land plots and houses that have been granted certificates; restructuring administrative processes and procedures on land and assets attached to land to reduce paper documents for people and businesses.

It is known that, up to now, the whole province has reviewed and compiled a list of 4,229,650 land users and sent it to Department C06 to compare with the national population database. Of which, 75% of land users have information matching the national population database; 21.8% collected and created the database from scratch; 3.2% verified and cleaned. In addition, it is proposed to replace the profile component with land data exploitation for 32 administrative procedures in the fields of justice, education and training, internal affairs, and construction.
