Complete procedures, soon start construction of Infrastructure Project Area B - Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park on December 19

DNO - On the morning of November 28, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Phan Thai Binh inspected the project of investment, construction and business of infrastructure of Zone B - Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park, worked with the Management Board of economic zones and industrial parks, and the project investor to review and urge the completion of procedures to start construction on December 19, 2025, to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party.

This is a large-scale private investment project, covering an area of ​​346 hectares, with a total investment capital of more than VND 3,373 billion, invested by Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company.

Up to now, many important items have been completed: geological and topographic survey, feasibility study report, construction drawing design, environmental impact assessment, electricity, water, traffic, fire prevention and fighting connection agreements, and mine clearance have also been completed on more than 127 hectares.

Regarding land procedures, cadastral mapping has been approved by the Department of Agriculture and Environment. The investor coordinates to implement the plan to reclaim planted forests and regenerated trees in the area managed by Thang Truong commune, expected to be completed before December 2, 2025.

Mr. Le Hung Anh, General Director of Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, affirmed that the investor is committed to implementing the project on time or earlier than the city's deadline. The company actively coordinates with the locality, relevant departments and branches to promptly complete the remaining procedures and tasks, ensuring the project is on schedule.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Phan Thai Binh highly appreciated the investor's efforts, emphasizing that this is a key project, positively impacting the city's development. Therefore, he requested relevant units to focus on supporting, creating maximum conditions, thoroughly handling difficulties, handing over clean land, ensuring the commencement of construction on December 19, 2025.

Mr. Phan Thai Binh noted that this industrial park is oriented to become an ecological industrial park, applying advanced technology. With systematic investment and modern infrastructure, the project will be the driving force for industrial development in the south of the city. Therefore, he requested the departments, branches, and localities in the project area to closely coordinate to support investors in implementing the project as committed.
