The course program is designed with a training period of 8 months, aiming to equip students with basic, systematic and in-depth knowledge of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought; the Party's guidelines, viewpoints and policies, the State's policies and laws. At the same time, the course updates new theoretical and practical issues at home and abroad; scientific achievements in leadership and management, helping students improve their political capacity, working methods and style.

In the context of the complicated developments in the world and the region and the country entering a new era with strategic goals until 2030 and 2045, the requirements for the Army cadres are increasingly high.

For students, it is necessary to clearly identify motivations, promote a sense of responsibility, turn the training process into a self-training process; closely combine improving theoretical knowledge with training the qualities and revolutionary ethics of soldiers.
