In particular, the Standing Committee of Hoi An City Party Committee requested that Party committees at all levels clearly define the responsibility for leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and Party members according to Regulation No. 144 in the city to ensure seriousness, effectiveness and efficiency.
The implementation of Regulation No. 144 must be associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; the Party's resolutions and conclusions on Party building and rectification and the political system, on setting examples and what Party members are not allowed to do; in accordance with the profession and field of cadres and Party members according to their assigned responsibilities and tasks.
The Standing Committee of the Hoi An City Party Committee also requested that grassroots party organizations under the City Party Committee lead, direct, organize research, disseminate, propagate and develop plans to implement Regulation No. 144, promote the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and party members, especially leaders at all levels, agencies, units and localities; diversify forms of propaganda to raise awareness and spread examples of good people and good deeds in the city.
At the same time, direct the addition of the content of Regulation No. 144 to relevant resolutions, regulations and rules of Party committees, agencies and units for implementation; periodically review and summarize the implementation of Regulation No. 144...
