Ultras Thailand is one of the leading fan groups in Thailand.

The decision, made just days before the tournament was due to officially kick off, reflects deep dissatisfaction with the rules governing the event. According to Thairath , Ultras Thailand said they would not set foot in the stadium until the problems were resolved.

The group stressed that they still support the Thai players in any way they can, but will not enter the stadium. The main reasons cited by the group include the flawed ticket registration system and discriminatory policies.

At the 33rd SEA Games, the organizing committee required fans to declare their personal information before entering the stadium. This regulation caused a lot of opposition, as many fans believed that it could put ticket buyers at risk of being scammed due to the disclosure of personal information.

Ultras Thailand also pointed out that this rule does not apply to groups that buy VIP tickets, creating discrimination between regular fans and those with privileges.

In addition, the organization's allocation and arrangement of seats for spectators also caused controversy. The Ultras Thailand group claimed that they were placed in disadvantageous areas when cheering.

Ultras Thailand is one of the leading fan groups in Thailand with a tradition of enthusiastic and loyal support for the national team. In the men's football event of the 33rd SEA Games, U22 Thailand is in Group A with Timor-Leste and Singapore.
