The 3km-long "Pho Hoi Tet Market" in Ocean City was recognized by the Vietnam Record Organization as the largest Spring Fair in Vietnam in 2024 on January 26.
This is the fourth time the Ocean City Spring Fair has set a record. This year, the 2024 Spring Fair is being held by Vinhomes over a distance of more than 3 km, from the Venice subdivision in the Grand World "entertainment universe" (Vinhomes Ocean Park 3) to the Center Point commercial complex (Vinhomes Ocean Park 2). The fair has more than 400 booths selling regional specialties, imported goods, flower markets, ornamental plants, Lunar New Year decorations, etc.
The certificate of Vietnam record was awarded at the opening stage of "Hoi An Tet Market" at K-Town Square, Grand World. This is also the kick-off activity for the series of Tet events held in Ocean City.

Unlike traditional Tet markets, the 2024 Spring Fair organizes many different events from traditional Vietnamese art programs to outstanding Tet activities featuring the cultures of countries across Asia.
Visitors can check-in and save memories with a series of miniature scenes such as the "flower forest" of 17,000 bonsai trees and flower pots of all kinds. The event also has many large scenes such as the display of flowers arranged in the shape of hot air balloons at the Amore fountain (The Venice); Ocean City Dragon Festival at the 4-season Avenue; Tet paintings and flowers welcoming Spring at the City of Light Square; New Year at Center Point,...
The 2024 Spring Fair in Ocean City is expected by the organizers to create a unique Tet experience, becoming a typical tourism product of Hanoi attracting domestic and foreign tourists. The event is expected to be maintained annually.
