Thai Nguyen Provincial Notary Association 1st Congress

On December 7, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Notary Association held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the Congress were representatives of the Department of Judicial Assistance (Ministry of Justice), the Vietnam Notary Association, leaders of the Department of Justice and official delegates who are notaries practicing in the province.

The Executive Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Notary Association for the 2025 - 2030 term was introduced to the Congress.

At the Congress, leaders of the Department of Justice of Thai Nguyen province highly appreciated the role of notarization in ensuring legal safety for civil and business transactions, and emphasized the need to promote the implementation of electronic notarization, maintain a stable and healthy practice environment and continue to enhance the reputation of the notary profession in the new period.

On the basis of democratic discussion and high consensus, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Association for the 2025 - 2030 term, including 7 members and 7 members of the Reward - Discipline Council to strengthen discipline, improve service quality and ethics of notary practice.

The Thai Nguyen Provincial Notary Association sets a key goal for the 2025 - 2030 term: to build a team of "both red and professional" notaries, uphold professional ethics and regularly update new legal regulations, continue to affirm its role in the judicial support system, and actively contribute to the local socio -economic development.
