Dong Thap Provincial Women's Union: Deploying union work tasks for the last 6 months of 2025

The conference implemented the following decisions: Establishing the Dong Thap Provincial Women's Union; recognizing the positions in the Standing Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, President, Vice President of the Dong Thap Provincial Women's Union (new) for the 2021-2026 term; establishing the Women's Working Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

At the same time, the Provincial Women's Union deployed the assignment of tasks to the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee, the staff of the Women's Working Committee and divided the Women's Union clusters into communes and wards in 2025; the plan for the union's work and women's movement from now until the end of 2025; and the emulation targets for 2025.

The Provincial Women's Union also collected opinions on the draft documents: Working regulations of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, President and Vice Presidents of the Provincial Women's Union.

In the last 6 months of the year, the Provincial Women's Union focused on implementing many specific targets and tasks to continue improving the effectiveness of the union's activities. Specifically: Coordinating with the Provincial Political School to open 2 professional training courses for grassroots union officials in 2025; summarizing 3 years of implementing the Cooperation Agreement between the Dong Thap Provincial Women's Union and the Women's Union for Peace and Development of Prey Veng Province (Cambodia); summarizing the Project "Supporting Women to Start a Business" for the period 2018 - 2025; Conference of typical advanced women for the period 2020 - 2030 in the old Dong Thap region associated with summarizing the special emulation movement to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the term 2025 - 2030, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, with the theme "Dong Thap Women - Action for a green environment"; summarizing 15 years of implementing the Campaign "Building a family of 5 no's and 3 clean's" and the National Target Program on new rural construction for the period 2020 - 2025; the "Godmother" Program for the period 2021 - 2025; the joint program "Propaganda and mobilization for production and trading of quality and safe agricultural products and food for community health and sustainable development" for the period 2021 - 2025...

At the conference, the leaders of the Association awarded the Medal "For the Development of Vietnamese Women" of the Presidium of the Vietnam Women's Union to individuals who have made many contributions to women's equality and development.
