At the working sessions, the delegation of the Provincial Women's Union met and directly discussed with representatives of the Standing Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Women's Union of communes/wards to grasp the situation of implementing the new Union organization model; at the same time, listened to the advantages and difficulties in the process of implementing the Union's tasks and women's movements since the beginning of the year and recommendations from the grassroots Women's Union.
In addition to recognizing and encouraging grassroots Women's Union officials to continue their efforts during the transition period, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union has provided initial directions to help units stabilize their organizations and improve operational efficiency during the transition period.

This is an important activity to accompany the grassroots Women's Union in effectively implementing the new organizational model in the spirit of administrative unit arrangement and apparatus streamlining. The survey trip not only demonstrates the attention and companionship of the provincial Union to the grassroots, but is also an opportunity for the Women's Union at all levels to share, overcome difficulties, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the good implementation of the Resolution on administrative unit arrangement and organizational consolidation of the Women's Union in the new situation.

As planned, on July 11, the Provincial Women's Union delegations will continue to work at the Women's Union of Sa Dec ward and the communes of Long Tien, An Huu, Vinh Kim, Long Dinh, Tan Phuoc 3, and Hung Thanh.
