At the same time, a package of non-cash payment solutions will be implemented, supporting business capital for women members. The bank will introduce and provide other suitable financial products and services for women members to use and experience with preferential and promotional programs... This preferential capital will be implemented according to a roadmap to support women starting businesses and reproducing and doing business after natural disasters.

In recent years, the provincial women's association at all levels has had many activities to support women in starting businesses. In particular, it has secured and managed more than 4,000 billion VND from banks, creating conditions for 103,666 women members to borrow to develop their family economy . At the same time, it has organized many movements, programs and activities to help 5,722 poor and near-poor women's households; donated 1,015 means of livelihood to women worth more than 3 billion VND; coordinated vocational training for 31,050 female workers; introduced 28,065 women members to work in enterprises; coordinated with units to organize 40 business skills training classes for 2,254 women who are owners of small and medium enterprises, business owners, cooperative managers, etc.
