Accordingly, on August 28, in Long An ward, the delegation visited mother Pham Thi Uyen (Pham Thi Xinh), 97 years old; mother Huynh Thi Tieu, 101 years old; in Tan An ward, the delegation visited mother Vo Thi Xe, 87 years old.
Continuing the gratitude journey on August 29, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien and the working group went to Hung Thuan commune to visit and encourage her mother Nguyen Thi Lang, 85 years old; in Tan Thanh commune, the group visited her mother Pham Thi Nam, 91 years old.
In Trang Bang ward, the delegation warmly talked and shared with former female revolutionary prisoner Phan Thi Ut (commonly known as Ut Nghet), 80 years old. The delegation also went to Tan Chau commune to visit Hero of the People's Armed Forces Tran Thi Sua, 79 years old.
The delegation gave gifts to mother Vo Thi Xe in Tan An ward.
At the same time, the delegation sent warm regards and sincere wishes for good health to mothers and aunts - the steadfast women who have devoted their youth and lives to the revolutionary cause.
The delegation visited former resistance prisoner Phan Thi Ut in Trang Bang ward.
This is a meaningful activity, expressing the gratitude and morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" of the Provincial Women's Union for the great contributions of previous generations on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025)./.
