Central Reporters Conference November 2025

On the morning of November 10, 2025, at the Lotus Hall, Cao Lanh Ward, Dong Thap Province, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission coordinated with the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee to organize the National Conference of Central Reporters in November 2025. The conference was held directly with the participation of 34 provinces and cities across the country, aiming to provide current information and propaganda orientation for key tasks before the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Before the conference, the delegation visited the tomb of Vice President Nguyen Sinh Sac, father of President Ho Chi Minh , to express their respect and gratitude for his great contributions.

In her opening speech, Comrade Chau Thi My Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Dong Thap province, expressed her honor when the locality was chosen to host the Central Reporters' Conference in November 2025; at the same time, emphasizing that this is an important opportunity for reporters nationwide to receive and exchange experiences, promptly grasp official information, unify propaganda orientations and orient public opinion; contribute to raising awareness, strengthening the trust of cadres, party members and people in the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, especially in the peak period of preparation for the 14th National Congress of the Party.

At the conference, comrade Le Khanh Toan, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee Office, reported on the topic "Results of the congresses of Party Committees directly under the Central Committee; preparation work and issues that need attention in the propaganda for the upcoming 14th National Party Congress." The report emphasized that the success of the congresses of Party Committees directly under the Central Committee is an important premise for the 14th National Party Congress, clearly demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, innovation, responsibility and intelligence in the entire Party; at the same time, he noted that in the propaganda work in the coming time, it is necessary to strengthen ideological orientation, provide official information, proactively fight against wrong views, and prevent bad and toxic information on cyberspace, thereby contributing to maintaining the people's trust, creating high unity in will and action towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Major General Tran Nguyen Quan, Deputy Director of the Department of Legislation and Administrative and Judicial Reform - Ministry of Public Security, informed about the draft laws chaired by the Ministry of Public Security. are preparing to be presented at the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly, focusing on contents related to ensuring security, order, crime prevention and building a socialist rule-of-law state in Vietnam. These draft laws aim to perfect the legal basis for state management of security and order , contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of law enforcement, while meeting the requirements of development and integration in the current digital transformation period .

Speaking on propaganda orientation, comrade Pham Tat Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, requested reporters and propagandists at all levels to continue to widely propagate the results of the congresses of Party Committees directly under the Central Committee; strengthen official information on the preparation work for the 14th National Congress of the Party; at the same time, spread the belief, spirit and aspiration for national development in the new period, emphasizing the significance of the 14th Congress as an important milestone opening a new development period of the country - the second era of innovation, comprehensive and sustainable integration, contributing to consolidating social consensus, enhancing people's trust in the leadership of the Party.

Along with that, he noted to step up propaganda towards the 43rd anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025), focusing on honoring the tradition of "respecting teachers", setting examples of typical teachers, spreading the image of exemplary, creative teachers, dedicated to the cause of "growing people", at the same time reflecting innovations in education, applying technology and digital transformation in teaching and learning; propagating the 95th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam National United Front - Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025).

Comrade Pham Tat Thang emphasized that propaganda work in November 2025 and the coming time needs to closely follow the Central Committee's orientation, harmoniously combining propaganda of political tasks with praising new factors, advanced models, fighting against erroneous viewpoints and toxic information, thereby enhancing social consensus, consolidating people's trust in the Party's leadership, and spreading the spirit of innovation, humanity and knowledge throughout society.

At the end of the conference , the Organizing Committee launched the online contest "Learning about the National Party Congresses", aiming to promote propaganda and education on traditions, raise political awareness and foster pride in the glorious history of the Party. The contest attracted the attention and active response of reporters, propagandists and a large number of cadres and party members nationwide, contributing to spreading the spirit of learning, understanding and taking practical action towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
