At the Conference , many important contents were deployed such as : Overview of decentralization and delegation of powers in the fields under the state management of the Ministry of Science and Technology; decentralization and delegation of powers in the field of digital transformation , online public services ; decentralization and delegation of powers in the field of quality measurement standards; decentralization and delegation of powers in the field of intellectual property; decentralization and delegation of powers in the field of post and telecommunications ; decentralization and delegation of powers in the field of nuclear radiation safety ; Financial management - investment in the field of science and technology.
