Conference to quickly announce the results of the 14th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee

(gialai.gov.vn) - On the morning of November 14, at the Provincial Conference Center, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held an online conference to quickly announce the results of the 14th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. The conference was connected from the main bridge at the Provincial Conference Center to the provincial bridge in Pleiku ward and 135 bridge points in communes and wards in the province. Comrade Thai Dai Ngoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee attended and disseminated the content of the Conference. Attending the conference at the bridge points were comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Party Executive Committee, key leaders of the province through the periods, and leaders of central agencies located in the province.

At the Conference, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc disseminated the basic and key contents of the 14th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. Accordingly, from November 5 to 6, 2025, in Hanoi , the 13th Party Central Committee held the 14th Conference to review and approve 6 important contents.

Specifically: Regarding the personnel work of the 14th Party Congress, the Party Central Committee unanimously introduced personnel to participate in the Politburo and Secretariat of the 14th tenure (re-election and first participation) to report to the 14th National Congress of the Party and submit to the 1st Conference of the 14th Party Central Committee for election according to regulations; The Party Central Committee approved the list of the Presidium, Secretariat, and Qualification Examination Board of the 14th Congress delegates to submit to the 14th Party Congress for consideration and decision.

The conference assessed and approved the Report reviewing the leadership and direction of the 13th Party Central Committee to be presented to the 14th Party Congress and the Report summarizing the implementation of the Working Regulations of the 13th Party Central Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat; and the Report summarizing the implementation of the Working Regulations of the 13th Party Central Committee's Inspection Commission .

Regarding the summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient", the Central Committee unanimously stated: After 8 years of implementing Resolution No. 18, especially from 2024 to present, we have achieved many important results; The apparatus in the entire political system, from the Central to local levels, has been streamlined, with clear functions and responsibilities, reducing intermediary levels, transforming the political system from "cumbersome-dispersed" to "streamlined-connected-effective-efficient"; shifting from the mindset of "management by administrative focal points" to "management by functions and results", especially when implementing the 2-level local government model.

Regarding personnel work, the Party Central Committee unanimously agreed to let Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Politburo member, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, cease participating in the Central Inspection Committee and cease holding the position of Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee; the Party Central Committee elected to supplement Comrade Tran Sy Thanh - Party Central Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee to participate in the Central Inspection Committee and hold the position of Chairman of the 13th Central Inspection Committee. At the same time, the Party Central Committee gave opinions on personnel for the Politburo to decide to introduce at the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly to elect the positions of: Permanent Vice Chairman of the 15th National Assembly and Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court for the 2021-2026 term.

Also at the Conference, the Party Central Committee reviewed and commented on the Reports on the preparation work for the 14th National Congress of the Party; Reports on important tasks that the Politburo had handled from the 13th Central Conference to the 14th Central Conference and planned a number of key tasks from the 14th Central Conference to the 15th Central Conference.
