Ngo Quyen General Hospital and Ngo Quyen Medical Center will be merged into Ngo Quyen Medical Center. Thuy Nguyen General Hospital and Thuy Nguyen Medical Center will be merged into Thuy Nguyen Medical Center.

Concluding the conference, Director of the Department of Health Le Minh Quang emphasized that the arrangement and handover of the existing facilities, human resources, finance, etc. of the Health Station from the health sector to the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones will be implemented soon in accordance with the direction of the City People's Committee. The Director of the Department of Health requested the City Social Insurance to support the implementation of procedures related to health insurance examination and treatment at the commune level. In the immediate future, regarding health insurance examination and treatment, drug supply, chemical supplies, etc., the Health Center will continue to support until the Health Station completes its organizational structure as a public service unit under the commune, ward, and special zone levels. For the functional departments of the Department of Health, proactively coordinate and guide the implementation of human resource handover, ensuring salary payment for health workers and health workers at the commune level until the end of fiscal year 2025. Medical units such as CDC, Department of Food Safety and Hygiene, Department of Population and Children support the Health Stations in their specialized fields of responsibility, etc.
