From October 21 to 31, 2025, the Center organized 05 conferences in Dam Thuy, Tong Cot, Phuc Hoa and Quang Uyen communes. The program attracted more than 342 workers and the recruitment participation of Goertek Vina Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Halasuco Labor Supply Joint Stock Company.
At the conferences, workers are provided with information about the labor market, recruitment needs in and outside the province; advice on choosing suitable careers; guidance on accessing support policies and preferential capital sources when participating in working abroad under contracts. The center also introduces details about high-income labor markets such as Japan, Korea, Taiwan, etc. and distributes documents and leaflets of recruiting units.
The activities have helped workers quickly access job information, improve their understanding of labor and employment policies, thereby proactively choosing the right direction to stabilize their income and contribute to local economic development.
At the end of the program, over 43 workers registered to find jobs, and many others continued to learn about recruitment opportunities from businesses.
