The "Offering Tray" Contest to Present Gifts to Uncle Ho

(CT) - On May 19th, the Women's Union of An Thanh commune organized a competition for "Offering Trays" to President Ho Chi Minh at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Temple. This activity was held to commemorate the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026).

Eleven teams participated in the competition, consisting of officials, members, and women from residential areas, as well as ex-officio members from agencies, organizations, and schools located in An Thanh commune. Each team prepared offerings including fruits, flowers, sticky rice, chicken, and local specialties. Each team had 30 minutes to decorate and display their offerings.

In a joyful atmosphere, the teams showcased their skill and meticulousness, creating solemn and meaningful offerings. At the end of the competition, the first prize went to the kindergarten's team with the theme: "Respectfully Offering to Uncle Ho - Forever Grateful to the Great Uncle Ho." The organizing committee performed the ritual of presenting the most beautiful and meaningful offerings of the competition to Uncle Ho.
