
The "Hundred Flowers of Joy" Vietnamese traditional costume parade is part of the "Vietnam Happy Fest 2025" organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Hanoi People's Committee, Vietnam Television, and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.

The event attracted approximately 800 participants, creating a lively atmosphere on the Hoan Kiem Lake pedestrian street.

The parade took place from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, starting at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, passing through Hang Dau Street, Trang Tien area, Hang Khay Street, circling Ho Guom Lake, and returning to the main stage.

The program recreates images of ancient families, officials, and wedding processions in a setting rich in Vietnamese cultural identity.

The event was a magnificent symphony of Vietnamese weddings, where traditional beauty was awakened in the heart of Hanoi.

Many girls in flowing traditional ao dai dresses create a gentle and culturally rich Vietnamese scene.

The boys in traditional costumes create a dignified and culturally rich atmosphere.

The customs and rituals were recreated solemnly and meticulously.

Traditional Vietnamese costumes, once a familiar sight in museums, are now more accessible as young people confidently parade through the streets, showcasing their cultural pride.

Rituals such as the engagement ceremony and the pre-wedding visit are vividly recreated, evoking the beauty of traditional Vietnamese wedding customs.

Besides the parade, the program also included performances, making the atmosphere even more lively.

The performances recreate Vietnamese wedding culture through various periods: from the joyous ceremonies of the Nguyen Dynasty, nostalgic weddings of the 1990s, to modern wedding ceremonies.

The wedding trays are meticulously prepared, contributing to the complete recreation of the beauty of traditional Vietnamese ceremonies.

Young men and women showcased their youthful charm in traditional attire, brightening up the event space.

The traditional costumes were showcased exquisitely, highlighting the cultural beauty of each era.

This activity contributes to spreading Vietnamese culture to a wider audience.
