More than 100 students participated in hotel and restaurant training

QTO - On the morning of November 13, the Provincial Business Association coordinated with the Quang Tri Provincial Tourism Association to organize a training course on hotel and restaurant operations for more than 100 trainees who are officers and professional staff of accommodation establishments and restaurants in the province.

At the training class, students were introduced to the following topics: The importance of modern communication and customer care; professional communication skills with customers; customer care skills in modern tourism ; professional behavior in handling situations.

These are necessary skills in practice, contributing to creating a professional image of tourist accommodation establishments in a professional direction.

The training course not only helps standardize working processes according to professional standards but also improves communication, behavioral and situation handling skills, contributing to building a friendly and professional image of Quang Tri tourism and creating a good impression on visitors.
