More than 2,200 women participate in the executive committee of the grassroots association.

Up to now, 100% of grassroots Women's Union organizations in the province have completed organizing the congresses at the commune level for the 2025-2030 term. Through the congresses, the units have selected 2,214 women to participate in the executive committee, contributing to firmly consolidating the foundation of the Union organization in the new term.

Delegates congratulated the Executive Committee of the Phan Dinh Phung Ward Women's Union for the new term.

Of the 2,214 members of the grassroots association's executive committee, 514 women participate in the standing committee; 91 women hold the position of chairperson, 111 women hold the position of vice chairperson (elected or appointed); 301 women participate in the inspection committee, of which 92 are chairpersons and 31 are vice chairpersons.

The Thai Nguyen Provincial Women's Union has 92 grassroots organizations in communes, wards and 2 affiliated units. The units have completed the congresses at the commune level for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring proper procedures, seriousness, democracy, and progress, promoting the spirit of solidarity, intelligence and responsibility of the Union at all levels.

This result is an important basis for the Thai Nguyen Provincial Women's Union to prepare well for the Congress, scheduled to take place at the end of November 2025.
