More than 2,300 vehicles enter and exit Hanoi highway

On the first day of operation, the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway intersection at Provincial Road 392, in Binh Giang district, had a total of 2,356 vehicles entering and exiting the expressway.

Of which, 811 vehicles entered the highway and 1,545 vehicles exited the highway.

At the intersection, automatic toll collection (ETC) is applied. On the first day of operation of the toll station, vehicles circulated smoothly and safely.

The opening of the intersection connecting Road 392, Binh Giang District (through Thai Hoc and Nhan Quyen communes) with the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway is of great significance in promoting socio -economic development. The opening of the intersection before the Lunar New Year 2024 will also serve the travel needs of people during the peak Tet holiday.

It is forecasted that in the following days, the number of people from other provinces and cities returning to Hai Duong to celebrate Tet and people from Hai Duong going to other provinces and cities via the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway will increase, and the number of vehicles entering and exiting the expressway is also forecast to increase.
