Over 3,300 people in Da Nang returned to their hometowns for Tet (Lunar New Year) on a trade union-sponsored bus.
DNO - On the morning of February 13th, the Da Nang City Federation of Labor organized the "Trade Union Tet Journey - Spring 2026" program, with dozens of union buses transporting hundreds of union members, workers, and their relatives back to their hometowns to celebrate Tet.

From early morning, many people and their families arrived at the departure point with their luggage to choose comfortable seats and avoid missing the bus. Joy and excitement were evident on everyone's radiant faces as they joined the Trade Union - Spring 2026 bus trip.

According to Le Van Dai, Standing Vice Chairman of the City's Labor Union, in 2026, more than 3,300 union members and their relatives will participate in the Union's transportation program.
The City Labor Union organized 105 buses to safely transport union members and their families back to their hometowns for Tet (Lunar New Year). The buses departed from February 11th to February 15th (corresponding to the 24th to 28th of the 12th lunar month).
Besides receiving free bus tickets to return home, each passenger also received Tet gifts and financial support for lunch along the way. Mr. Dai said that the total cost to implement the program is estimated at about 4 billion VND, which is allocated from the city's Trade Union fund.
According to the schedule, the buses depart from Da Nang city to provinces and cities in the Central region.
It is known that, along with the Trade Union Bus Trip, the City Federation of Labor also organized the Trade Union Train Trip, distributing 1,496 train tickets to union members and their relatives to return home for Tet.
