Overview of the Conference.

At the conference, more than 500 comrades who are secretaries and deputy secretaries of grassroots Party cells and committees; Party cells and committees directly under the grassroots Party Committee; Party cells and committees directly under the Party Committee of the department and comrades at the Party Committee level who directly perform Party building work of the Party cells and committees directly under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee were instructed by the reporters and discussed some contents on Party member work; and instructions on editing and digitizing documents for grassroots Party cells and committees. The delegates also actively participated in discussions, proposed solutions to overcome difficulties in performing tasks at the grassroots level and proposed solutions to continue improving the quality of Party building work in the coming time.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Van Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized: The Conference was organized to equip and update knowledge and professional skills for grassroots Party committees, contributing to improving the quality of Party building work, leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and the quality of Party members in the entire Provincial Party Committee. Thereby, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030. He suggested that grassroots Party cells and Party committees continue to innovate leadership methods; strengthen the application of information technology in managing records and documents; promote the exemplary role of Party committee members, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
