On December 15th, Comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting to discuss the Tuyen Quang Provincial Education and Training Development Plan until 2030, with a vision to 2045, and the draft Resolution of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the assignment of preschool education for children aged 3-5 years.

Comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired the meeting.

The Tuyen Quang Province Education and Training Development Plan to 2030, with a vision to 2045, along with the draft Resolution on the assignment of preschool education for children aged 3-5, are strategic documents aimed at concretizing the directives of the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee. These documents aim to improve the overall quality of education, perfect the institutional framework, apply digital technology, and build a strong team of educators, striving to achieve educational quality standards for the province, especially completing universal preschool education for children aged 3-5. This affirms the strong commitment to innovation of the entire sector and the province. The goal is to develop sustainable education and training, improve overall quality, integrate with digital transformation, and meet the socio -economic development requirements of the province.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Vuong Ngoc Ha, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, affirmed: The method and approach of the Department of Education and Training's project are very good, focusing on key priorities and meeting the province's requirements. However, the department needs to provide specific content and data, clearly analyze the current situation and causes, and propose focused solutions that closely adhere to the department's policies and directions in the coming period.

The proposal needs to clarify the necessity of its construction, especially regarding the space allocated to the two former provinces for construction in a new province; the current situation of border schools and schools in the revolutionary base areas; a reassessment of the quality of high-quality schools; and a more detailed analysis of the student situation in different areas at various educational levels. Regarding school facilities and equipment, a specific appendix is ​​needed to clearly show which areas lack facilities and equipment; the survey of spending on education and training needs a clearer analysis, including how much is allocated to development investment, student policies, teacher training, and professional development; and solutions for digital technology …

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee stated: Regarding solutions, the sector needs to review and research further to come up with more specific solutions such as: How to address the shortage of teachers through coordination; the plan also needs to outline how to care for students, guide them in life skills, focus on replicating digital transformation models, and encourage teachers to improve the quality of teaching through the application of digital transformation.
