The 14th National Congress of the Party was a resounding success, setting the strategic direction for building Vietnam steadily towards socialism; the elections for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term were successfully held, opening a new chapter with high demands for innovative thinking, improved institutional quality, effective governance, and capacity to serve the people; and the political system operates according to a streamlined, smooth, efficient, effective, and effective model, meeting the requirements of national development in the new situation.

All reforms must be centered around the people, aiming to better serve the people, and using the people's satisfaction, trust, and happiness as the measure of evaluation. Furthermore, national independence must always be linked with self-reliance and self-strengthening, relying on internal strength while simultaneously securing international support and cooperation, and combining national strength with the strength of the times.

On the other hand, in the current process of Party building and rectification, every cadre and Party member must truly internalize revolutionary ethics, practicing diligence, frugality, integrity, impartiality, and selflessness. Ethics should be the foundation of a revolutionary, and the close, inseparable bond with the people should be considered the source of strength and the condition for the Party's existence and development.
