This is an activity with profound and practical social significance, aiming to equip local people and tourists, especially young people, with important survival skills when participating in beach fun.

Accordingly, every morning (from 7am to 9am) and afternoon (from 3pm to 5pm) from Monday to Friday, students are taught basic swimming skills by lifeguards; skills to recognize and stay away from potentially unsafe sea areas; skills to handle situations when drowning; physical training, swimming skills with many practical exercises...
All training activities are carried out under close supervision, strictly following safety regulations. The Organizing Committee has arranged enough canoes, life buoys, professional rescue forces, and medical staff on duty at the training area to promptly handle any situation.

Student Bui Van Hai (Tan Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) who participated in the training course shared: The free swimming and drowning prevention training program for residents and tourists is very practical. The training course not only helps him improve his health and gain safe swimming skills, but also provides him with knowledge and skills to handle situations when he or others are in danger while swimming in the sea.
According to the organizers, the training course does not have a fixed time or number of participants. Residents and tourists can register to participate at any time of the week.
