Unlike the hustle and bustle of previous days, today, February 16th (the 29th day of the Lunar New Year, the last day of the Year of the Snake), the atmosphere in Hung Yen 's streets was a mix of lively and unusually peaceful New Year celebrations. On many main roads, traffic was not excessive, ensuring safe and smooth flow. People were out shopping, but there were no prolonged traffic jams. The streets were uniformly decorated, clean, and well-maintained.
Not only in the central area, but also in cultural and historical sites throughout the region, the landscape is meticulously maintained. At the Pho Hien historical site, the system of miniature landscapes, decorative flowers, and lighting is harmoniously arranged, creating beautiful scenic spots imbued with the spirit of spring.
Traditional decorations combined with modern elements create a space that is both solemn and welcoming, making it a popular destination for many families during the days leading up to Tet (Lunar New Year).

Colorful flags and flowers, smooth traffic, and well-maintained and uniformly decorated public spaces have contributed to creating a civilized urban landscape.
