The instructors are professional staff from the Sub-Department. The trainees include organizations and individuals with planting area codes, packaging facility codes, and organizations and individuals engaged in crop production within the province.
Through training courses, the Sub-Department focuses on disseminating information about the role and importance of planting area and packaging facility codes for domestic and export agricultural product consumption. Simultaneously, it provides guidance on the procedures for establishing, managing, and monitoring planting area and packaging facility codes according to regulations.
The trainees were also briefed on the new points of Government Decree 38/2026/ND-CP dated January 24, 2026, regulating the import of trees with soil balls and planting area codes, and packaging facility codes; and updated on some requirements and regulations of agricultural import markets, including lychee products.
The enhanced training aims to contribute to raising awareness and responsibility among people, cooperatives, and businesses in maintaining and managing planting area codes, meeting traceability requirements, and improving the quality of agricultural products for export.
