
At the exhibition space, 27 culinary trays representing villages, residential groups and units introduced the traditional dishes of the ethnic groups in the area. From five-color sticky rice, smoked meat, grilled stream fish, bitter bamboo shoots to dishes made from local agricultural products... all created a rich culinary picture, imbued with the flavors of the Northwest mountains and forests.

The judges scored the culinary competition of Ai village.
The contest not only aims to honor the culinary culture of Chieng An, but also contributes to promoting typical products, promoting community tourism and the image of the Arabica coffee region of Son La to a large number of people and tourists.
