On April 5, 2024, the Can Giuoc District delegation led by District Party Secretary Truong Thanh Liem visited and celebrated the traditional Chol Ch'nam Th'may New Year in Ba Vet City Military Sub-region, Svay Rieng Province Military Sub-region, Cambodia. Accompanying them were Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee Huynh Minh Tri; leaders of the district's departments, branches and organizations.
Secretary of the Can Giuoc District Party Committee - Truong Thanh Liem emphasized that the visit aims to further strengthen the solidarity, friendship and comprehensive, sustainable and long-term cooperation; mutual understanding and assistance, creating a favorable environment for socio -economic development cooperation and strengthening national defense and security between Vietnam and Cambodia and between the two localities of Can Giuoc - Ba Vet City.
In the coming time, the Secretary of the Can Giuoc District Party Committee hopes that Can Giuoc District and Ba Vet City will continue to foster the relationship of solidarity, friendship, cooperation, consolidation and development. Implementing the motto "Good neighbors, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation, long-term sustainability" will achieve good results.
On the occasion of the traditional Chol Ch'nam Th'may New Year, Secretary of the District Party Committee - Truong Thanh Liem sent his best wishes to all the people of Ba Vet city, officers, soldiers and armed forces of the city for good health, happiness and successful completion of their tasks. Wishing the solidarity, friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam - Cambodia in general and the two localities of Can Giuoc - Ba Vet City in particular to last forever./.
