Accordingly, from 2019 to present, organizations and individuals in Thach Thanh district have accumulated and concentrated over 1,240 hectares of agricultural land. From the accumulated area, concentrated production areas have been formed, applying high technology to production, such as: water-saving irrigation technology with the Israeli irrigation system, pest irrigation system, using smart fertilizers, biological organic fertilizers on fruit trees... In particular, Thach Thanh district has built a high-tech orange area with an area of 105 hectares, a grapefruit area of 40 hectares, more than 820 hectares of intensive sugarcane applying synchronous mechanization...

The concentration of land has brought about clear results, not only in forming highly economically efficient production areas but also in raising the level of intensive farming of the people. Thanks to that, the efficiency of agricultural production and the income of the people are higher than that of fragmented and small-scale production.
