Joint Auction Company No. 5 - New Nation has announced the suspension of organizing 2 auctions of land use rights for 39 lots in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune, Thanh Oai district.
According to the plan, two sessions are scheduled to be held on December 7 and 21. One session will have 19 lots with an area of 74 - 92 m2, the other session will have 20 lots with an area of 96 - 149 m2. These lots all have a starting price of 5.3 million VND/m2.
To receive the deposit refund for these two auctions, customers who have purchased the auction documents will contact the Auction Company for procedural instructions.

The announcement to stop Thanh Oai land auctions took place in the context that 22 land lots in this area were all unsuccessfully auctioned on November 30 due to "disruptive" bidding. These 22 land lots have an area of 85 - 136 m2, starting price of 5.3 million VND/m2, deposit for each lot is from 91 - 144 million VND.
The auction had to go through 5 mandatory rounds, with a price step of 5 million VND/m2. By the 8th round, the highest price paid by the investor was more than 70 million VND/m2. However, by the 9th round, customers all stopped bidding, leading to the auction being unsuccessful.
To clarify the cause of the above situation, Thanh Oai District Police have stepped in to verify.
Previously, on November 29, the auction of 58 plots of land in Dong Lai village, Quang Tien commune, Soc Son district also caused a stir in public opinion when 3 plots of land appeared with bids of up to 30 billion VND/m2. The group of 5 people who disrupted this auction were detained for their intention to not let any plot win if the price got out of control.
According to the regulations, the auction must go through a minimum of 6 mandatory rounds. In the 6th round, many customers did not continue to bid for 36 lots, these lots were recorded to have been paid at an unusually high level in the 5th round. Therefore, these 36 lots were all unsuccessfully auctioned.
