Isaac and Will's recently released "carpool" version of the song " Tâm ý đổi thay" (Changing Minds) quickly garnered attention on social media thanks to its intimate atmosphere and the feeling of a musical conversation between the two former members of 365daband.
No big stage, no elaborate staging; the video simply revolves around a car driven by Will, with Isaac singing beside him. It is this very simplicity that makes the ballad softer and more emotionally resonant.

"Carpool version" is a fairly popular form of musical content in recent years, inspired by James Corden's famous Carpool Karaoke format. Instead of performing on stage, artists sing inside their cars, creating a more casual, spontaneous, and intimate experience for viewers.
In South Korea and Europe/America, many artists utilize this format to deliver versions with less technical stage presence, focusing instead on emotion, interaction, and the "chemistry" between the singers. In V-pop, this format is not yet very common, so Isaac and Will's collaboration feels even more refreshing.

Isaac and Will evoke strong emotions in 365daband fans due to their incredible chemistry.
Many viewers believe that what makes the video so noteworthy is not only the song but also the feeling of "youth returning" when seeing the two members of 365daband continue their natural banter more than a decade after the group's peak.
365daband was a prominent boy band in V-pop during the early 2010s, led by Ngo Thanh Van, with members Isaac, Will, Jun Pham, ST Son Thach, and Tronie. After the group disbanded in 2016, each member pursued their own path but still maintained a large fan base.

For many years, Isaac has been known as a performer with strong stage presence, dance skills, and modern pop. Therefore, his choice of a gentler, more restrained ballad style for "Changing Hearts" is surprising.
The song, composed by ViruSs, was first performed by Isaac at his "Say Hi" concert before its official release on April 24th. Since its release, the song has consistently appeared among the most searched songs on TikTok.

Will's appearance in the new version also adds an interesting dimension to the song. While Isaac rarely sings ballads, Will is a vocalist who has been associated with many gentle, emotional songs.
On social media, many comments suggested that this duet was reminiscent of the V-pop era when boy bands could create a sense of closeness and connection with young audiences.
Following his recent hit "Changing Minds ," Isaac revealed he's preparing for a longer-term music project in 2026 with approximately six completed recorded songs. The singer also hinted at the possibility of releasing an EP or album with a consistent concept, instead of just releasing individual singles as he did before.
