After officially entering the Vietnamese market by providing professional competition tables and accessories, Joy Billard took the next step quite methodically when it received the approval of the Department of Culture - Sports and the Ho Chi Minh City Billiards & Snooker Federation to organize a professional competition tour with prizes up to hundreds of millions of VND.
The first stage of the Joy Senior 8-ball Tournaments - one of the Chinese Pool tournament systems - gathered 48 players from many provinces and cities across the country to participate with the prize for the champion including a trophy and cash worth 79 million VND. The annual tournament system of Joy Senior 8 ball has 4 stages, including 3 stages of accumulating points and the final stage for all professional players across the provinces and cities.
To encourage players in the Central and Northern regions to participate in the tournament, World Of Pool Club announced to sponsor part of the players' travel expenses.

Joy Senior 8-ball Tournaments will be played under the international Joy competition rules. Matches will be played depending on the player's class. There are 4 classes that players can register to compete in: professional, class A, class B and class C. This gives semi-professional players the opportunity to experience playing with the best.
This year, players will compete and be scored in each stage. The 16 players with the highest cumulative scores after 3 stages will advance to the final tournament scheduled to take place in early February 2024 with a prize of 120 million VND for the season champion.

In particular, players who reach the finals of each stage will have the opportunity to represent Vietnam in international tournaments in the Joy Tournament system, including the Joy Heyball Master tournament in China as well as the international Joy Heyball tournament system with prize money worth up to billions of VND.
