The event took place at European Square - Vinhomes Royal Island ( Hai Phong City), organized by the Korea Agricultural and Food Products Distribution Corporation, in coordination with many Vietnamese and Korean agencies and enterprises.

This time, K-Food Fair continues to expand its scale, bringing to the Vietnamese people not only a culinary festival, but also an emotional journey of cultural and artistic exchange.

Crowds of fans gathered at Europe Square

From the opening morning, the European Square area was filled with a festive atmosphere. Booths in the typical red, white and blue colors of Korea lined up in long rows, attracting a large number of people to visit, take photos and experience. Many Korean businesses and manufacturers brought hundreds of typical products, from kimchi, tteokbokki, gimbap, bulgogi, mandu to fruits, drinks, ginseng, red ginseng and traditional spices. Visitors not only enjoyed but also bought the products directly at special preferential prices exclusively for the festival.

When culture is told through experience

K-Food Fair 2025 is not only a “culinary paradise”, but also a miniature Korean cultural space. One of the most attractive activities is the “Kimchi Making Challenge”, where participants are directly guided by Korean chefs. Each step of salting, mixing, and seasoning is meticulously performed, bringing an interesting and intimate experience.

Ms. Le Ngoc Tram (Le Chan district, Hai Phong) shared: “This is the first time I made kimchi by myself. When I finished, I felt very happy. I feel like I understand more about Korean cuisine and the culture behind this dish.”

The lively atmosphere also spread in the “Squid Game” area, where players could try their hand at a series of survival games inspired by the movie “Squid Game”. Laughter and cheers echoed throughout the square, creating a bustling atmosphere like a summer festival in the heart of the port city.

Music - The Beat of K-Food Fair 2025

If during the day it is a space for cuisine and culture, then when night falls, K-Food Fair 2025 turns into a music stage bursting with emotions.

On the evening of November 1, the Vietnam - Korea Grand Concert took place with the participation of famous artists: Tang Duy Tan, Vu Phung Tien, Cong Duong, Rayeon and Ji Yeon (T-ARA). Each artist brought their own color - Tang Duy Tan with "Ben Tren Tang Lau" and "Cat Doi Noi Sau" made the whole square sing; Vu Phung Tien exploded with energy with "Le Luu Ly", and Ji Yeon appeared to the enthusiastic cheers of thousands of K-pop fans.

The atmosphere of the concert reached its climax when thousands of spectators turned on their phone flashlights, sang along to the hits, and immersed themselves in the stage lights and brilliant fireworks at the end of the night.

Mr. Tran Quang Huy (Hai Phong) shared: “I have watched many K-pop shows on TV, but this is the first time I have experienced it live in Hai Phong. Everything is so professional, from the sound, lighting to the organization.”

K-Pop Dance Festival - Playground of passion

Along with the food festival is the K-Pop Dance Festival 2025, where teams from all over Vietnam compete in two semi-final rounds (November 1) and the final round (November 2). Creative, technical and emotional performances turned the stage into a real “international dance floor”. With the participation of guest artists Rayeon and Cong Duong, the final round became more special when she and the judges directly presented the awards and performed on the show. The winning teams received a total prize value of up to 15 million VND, along with a certificate from the K-Food Fair 2025 Organizing Committee.

Imprints of Vietnam - Korea cultural exchange

K-Food Fair 2025 ended in a joyful atmosphere, but the echoes of a vibrant festival season, rich in cultural colors still linger. The event helped Vietnamese people better understand the spirit of "culinary is culture" of Korea - where each dish is a story, each flavor is a part of identity. With professional investment, large-scale organization and open exchange spirit, K-Food Fair 2025 is not only a cultural - culinary event, but also a symbol of the strong friendship between Vietnam and Korea.
