(CLO) Along with cultural, artistic, sports and festival activities, in order to create a patriotic emulation atmosphere, welcoming a joyful and healthy spring for local people during the traditional Tet holiday, the People's Committee of Ha Nam province issued Plan No. 116/KH-UBND on fireworks display on New Year's Eve of the Lunar New Year 2025.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, localities and units to coordinate closely, do a good job of preparing and organizing fireworks displays on time, according to the program, scenario and ensuring absolute safety.
