On November 27, in Ho Chi Minh City, the opening ceremony of two international exhibitions took place simultaneously: "The 33rd Vietnam International Medical and Pharmaceutical Exhibition - VIETNAM MEDI-PHARM 2025" and "International Exhibition of Pharmaceuticals, Medical Equipment and Healthcare - VIETMEDICARE EXPO 2025".

Within the framework of the exhibition, the topics: Pharmaceutical production machinery and technology - VIETPHARMA&TECH), laboratory and analytical equipment - VietLab Expo, smart healthcare - Smart health are also organized in parallel.

The exhibition is organized by Vietnam Advertising and Fair Exhibition Joint Stock Company (VIETFAIR), domestic and international partners with the support of the Ministry of Health , Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, and Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade.
The exhibition has more than 300 booths, with more than 250 Vietnamese and international organizations and businesses from more than 15 countries and territories participating.

According to the organizers, the exhibition is held to promote cooperation in digital transformation and science and technology in the health sector. At the same time, it promotes the Party and State's policies and laws on health work, contributing to promoting scientific research, technology and innovation in the health sector.
In addition, the exhibition also contributes to bringing Vietnamese medical science closer to the world, bringing about economic efficiency and profound social significance, contributing to the implementation of the strategy of caring for, protecting and improving people's health.

Attending the exhibition, domestic and foreign enterprises introduced advanced products and technologies of the following product groups: Pharmaceuticals and healthcare products; medical equipment, consumables; machinery, pharmaceutical production technology; laboratory equipment, analysis, IVD & clinical diagnosis; smart medical technology; dental equipment, beauty equipment and products; high-quality medical examination and treatment services and medical tourism...
In addition, during the exhibition, the Organizing Committee also coordinated with the Departments and Functional Departments of the Ministry of Health; Ho Chi Minh City Medical Equipment Association and specialized units to organize in-depth seminars: Seminar on medical equipment and smart medical technology in hospitals; seminar on the application of biotechnology in the health sector...
At the same time, organize trade programs between Vietnamese and international enterprises, delegations visit hospitals, visit industrial parks and work at pharmaceutical factories...
Along with that, the organizing committee also organizes activities to promote trade: Trade program to meet and exchange directly between Vietnamese and international enterprises; program to connect supply and demand, search for partners, distributors, agents, importers, consulting on trade - investment - technology cooperation; exchange and share market information and industry trends.
The Organizing Committee believes that VIETNAM MEDI-PHARM and VIETMEDICARE EXPO 2025, along with the concurrent exhibition themes, will continue to play a good role in promoting trade between countries and territories.
