Connecting production and consumption in the Southeast region of Lam Dong province

The Lam Dong Agricultural and Aquatic Products Week in Phu Thuy Ward creates a space for people and tourists to explore typical local products; at the same time, connecting with the trend of clean production and sustainable consumption.

Introducing highland coffee and tea products

Nearly 30 booths of establishments, businesses and cooperatives in the province participated in the Lam Dong Agricultural and Aquatic Products Week, held at Vo Van Kiet Park. The program was organized by the Department of Industry and Trade in coordination with the People's Committee of Phu Thuy Ward, to promote local specialties and support consumption connections.

In the exhibition space, many typical product groups of the province, from processed agricultural products, seafood, specialty foods to OCOP standard products, attracted a large number of people from neighboring areas to visit and shop. This activity helps consumers get closer to products with local values, produced in a safe and sustainable way.

In addition to promotional activities, the week is also an opportunity for businesses and cooperatives to exchange experiences on clean production processes, develop consumption chains and orient business according to green technology models.

This is considered an important step in improving the competitiveness of local products; at the same time, contributing to promoting agricultural economic development in the Southeast region of Lam Dong province.
